The VRT Series Polypropylene (PP-H) fume cupboards offer a simple and cost-effective solution for a safe and corrosion-resistant workspace.
The front opening consists of a transparent guillotine made of Polycarbonate (PC) or methacrylate (PMMA), with a pulley system. The back wall includes a plastic diffuser. The extraction outlet at the top involves a suction collector.
The standard equipment of the corrosion-resistant fume cupboards in the VRT series includes:
– Waterproof interior light.
– Two single-phase sockets.
– Push-button panel for ignition and interior light.

VHT Series PPH Polypropylene Laboratory Fume Cupboards
Comprehensively equipped fume cupboards
The VHT Series fume cupboards, offer the most comprehensive and resistant solution for achieving a safe working area in a confined space, with a high level of corrosion resistance and air extraction. These fume cupboards are made entirely of polypropylene, providing a high level of resistance to chemical products. The front has a transparent guillotine opening with a polypropylene frame that works via a pulley system. The back wall includes a plastic diffuser. A suction collector is located at the upper extraction outlet.
The lower section of the complete VHT series has a storage compartment with air renewal. Ventilation is performed from the rear by means of a single 75mm diameter duct.
The standard equipment of the VHT Series anti-corrosion fume cupboards includes:
– Waterproof interior light.
– Two single-phase sockets.
– Display with button panel for ignition and light and air spreed reader.
– Cold water tap with a 300x150mm basin.

Special FUME CUPBOARDS
We adapt to your needs
Design and manufacture of fume cupboards for special high-corrosion applications. Tabletop or complete fume cupboards made entirely of plastic, Polypropylene (PP-H). This material makes the equipment highly resistant to chemical agents. Maximum working temperature 80ºC.
Solution for metal-free laboratories where there may be no metal components.
This equipment is custom designed and manufactured. The built-in systems are:
- Vertical laminar flow system with particle filtration system using a H14 filter. This system guarantees the safety of the samples being handled inside the fume cupboard. The particle filters can have various levels of efficiency.
- The drive system comprises a double suction fan mounted on a filter box made entirely of plastic.
- Automatic adjustment systems based on pressure probes keep the flow rate constant without being dependent on filter saturation.
In this type of fume cupboard, the air is extracted through a ventilation duct. The air introduced via laminar flow does not exit from the front as the interior of the cupboard is at a lower pressure.
These are used to work in corrosive processes that require a specific air quality and where the gases emitted must also be extracted.
Manufacturing details for Special fume cupboards:
- Widths available from 900mm to 2100mm.
- The fume cupboards may have a guillotine or folding door opening. The fronts can be made of PMMA, Polycarbonate or Glass. Depending on the process.
- Available in Grey (RAL-7032) or White (RAL-9016) polypropylene.
- Digital control panel for managing the extraction system and interior lighting.
- Display reading of extracted air speed.
- Variable flow system according to the position of the guillotine.
- Control of the saturation state of the filter by means of pressure probes.
- Self-regulation of the drive fan according to the saturation state of the filter.
- Waterproof LED interior lighting.
