MP and BPR SERIES PP Fans

Anticorrosive centrifugal fans, with simple aspiration under low and medium pressures, manufactured on request using polypropylene or other plastic materials depending on the application. Designed for the extraction of corrosive gases. The MP and BPR fan ranges are manufactured, firstly, by means of numerical control machining, after which the individual components are thermally welded together by adding the same material. MP fans are the medium-sized range by Quimipol. These fans offer flows rates from 5000 to 14000 m³/h and pressures from 60 to 230 mm.c.a. The BPR range consists of larger fans. Direct drive fans that offer flow rates from 14000 to 42000 m³/h and pressures up to 250 mm.c.a. Maximum power of 45kW. Recommended working temperature from -10ºC to +100ºC. Motors with IE3 efficiency.

• Standard three-phase supply voltage 230-400v or 400-600v 50Hz depending on power. 4 and 6-pole motors (1000 and 1500rpm).
• We recommend that fans in the MP and BPR ranges are controlled using a frequency converter to prolong their useful life.
• Special 60Hz windings on request.

All the models in the MP and BPR ranges can be manufactured according to the ATEX regulations. In this case the fans are made of electro-conductive polypropylene PPELS. Zone 1 Indoor and Zone 2 Outdoor fans comply with European Directive 2014/34/EU
