Motor cover
Plastic shield that protects the engine from the deterioration resulting from bad weather. It is recommended for fans that operate outdoors.
Rectangular/circular coupling flange
Accessory made of polypropylene to convert a rectangular section of the fan outlet to a circular one. Accessory available in Standard PP or PP-EL-S for ATEX extraction systems
Anti-vibration mounts
Anti-vibration mounts are used to mechanically attach these units to their mounting base. They are also used to absorb the vibrations generated by the fan during operation.
Floor/wall support kits
Extraction fans can be mounted in a variety of locations. Using supports, they can be mounted on the floor, walls or false ceilings. The different options are detailed below.
PP Anti-bird outlets
Outlet accessories made of PP aeration polypropylene, colour Ral-7032. Standard diameter duct section with flute cut and protection grid to prevent elements from entering the extraction duct.
Cowls
Plastic outlet accessory for vertical mounting. This accessory allows the exit of gases and prevents the entry of foreign elements or rain into the extraction system.
Manual PP butterfly valves
Corrosion-resistant plastic manual aeration valves made of polypropylene. These valves allow the extraction flow to be shut off or regulated. Accessory available in PP-H or PP-EL-S for ATEX extraction systems
Motorised butterfly valves
ALL/NOTHING Corrosion-resistant plastic motorised aeration valves made of polypropylene. These valves allow the extraction flow to be shut off or regulated.
Flexible sleeves
Flexible PVC connection accessory used to join equipment to extraction ducts. Its characteristics simplify the assembly and disassembly of these joints for maintenance purposes.
Flexible aeration hose
Flexible PVC aeration hose with internal wire spiral. 0.4mm thick, grey. Excellent flexibility and very compressible. Temperature range from 0 to 70ºC.
Fan access panel
The removable panel allows access to the inside of the casing so that the unit can be easily maintained and cleaned. Quick hose connection for internal cleaning can be included.
Isolator switch
This is an optional safety element that is coupled to the fan motor support. This electrical mechanism allows the device to be stopped for maintenance purposes.
PP Sampler
The sampler is an accessory that can be installed at the emission points prior to the last accessory.They must be installed in accordance with the regulations established by the air monitoring and control agency (IT AT002).
Variable-frequency drive
Electrical component that is used to regulate the working frequency of the fan motor and to smooth its start and stop. Available for all fan models. Three-phase or single-phase power supply
Fan parts
Replacements for all the components that make up the Quimipol fan set can be supplied. Motors, casings, turbines, housings and fittings.
Supply of pipes and accessories
Quimipol has an extensive stock of plastic pipes and accessories.
Soundproofed fan housing
The soundproofed housings consist of a plastic outer shell with a ventilation grille so that the heat from the motor can be easily dissipated. One side can be removed to allow access to the fan.
